How to login

For most people logging in to use DWmail.net's services is simply a case of entering their username and password and pressing 'check your email', however in a few cases their email setup is different. In this situation you should use our advanced login and specify your username, password and mail server name. Your mail server address will look something like mail.domain.com or pop3.someotherdomain.com. Please check with your ISP for these details if you don't know them

Do you store my login details?

When you log in, we generate a unique identifier based upon your login details. This identifier does not actually contain your login details however. This unique identifier is our way of allowing you to make use of the addressbook, calendar and preferences.

Why is DWmail.net free?

DWmail.net is a demonstration gateway for the software product that powers this site, called DWmail. DWmail is available for licensing on your own website. More information can be found at the Dominion Web site.

Is DWmail.net secure?

If you use our SSL version then all information between yourselves and us is encrypted. The information between us and your mail server is as secure as it would be with software such as Outlook or Eudora (for example).We do not store any messages on our server and any login details stored are in a one way encryption format.

I can't find how to sign up for an email address?

DWmail.net is NOT an email provider. We do not offer email addresses. DWmail.net is an online application provider. It is a webmail client designed to access any existing email address.
